@benjohnston20
I did some color correction and i think it looks much better. Anyone else agree?
these are my favorite picks. need help picking just one! the person photographed is Changhee Lee. he attends the Eastman School of Music and is one of the most versatile, gifted musicians I know…
First and second ones. They look serious and the lighting is good.
I really like number one and six. I like how it looks like the sun is behind his head in the sixth one. Very nice with the lighting with these
I like the first one a lot but it doesn't fit the profile of a portrait picture since its only his hands so i would have to go with your 5th image. i like how sharp he came and the lighting in the background is good.
More Portraits! Would love critique!
what was you trying to achieve with this one? If this is for modern music industry (breast, bottom, e.t.c.) than this is a success.If not than you should work on catching a personality.her poses are too vulgar…again, unless this were you where going with this.
I think the left one is better, she looks more natural and I love the shallow depth of field.
I also like the shallow depth of field it really draws the eye on the subject
My final 5 photos for the portrait assignment. The quality looks kind of bad on here. Can you tell he’s a writer, smokes cigarettes, and works at Target? lol.
The bottom one is awesome
Thank you, I just wish his face was a little more in focus, but we had thrown the papers up so many times and this was literally the last shot and I didn’t think I could get those papers to do that again lol.
really good photos! the bottom one is the best. i love the papers flying around!
Great concept bottom one is well compose with good ligthing. Like the way the story goes + i like the writting machine
Awesome… the papers flying are great…keep up the great work.
I like the concept but I feel a real dramatic lighting would make it look really interesting.
I really love the lens flare in this picture, but a couple other people said they don’t like it…please tell me what you think!
I think the lens flare is okay maybe just a bit to much. But I did notice the tripod in the background.
