Trying to work out what the best diet for our bodies are. The more you read the more confused you get! So far I believe eating raw/high raw is the answer.

Ahhh...it's been a longer break away from eating anywhere near good. And that's not good. But life has been hard...so I won't be hard on myself. Currently day 5 on just fruit and veggie juices. Planning on going the month of October. No detox symptoms. Usually I would of had a headache on say day 2-3. I don't think its a good thing that I've had no issues.
