We were unable to go to the @madhattersbermuda Argentina night. So, I did what I could to give us a little taste of the Pampas. Sliced rump with chumichurri sauce and a blue cheese dressed salad. The Grimsby fish man paid a visit to #Stokesley. #changeofplans. I made queen scallops on black pudding with some crispy prosciutto and some hollandaise.
