To the people who will never love me:
26 years ago, I was born.
A pastor and his wife was on the point of their lives when they can no longer have kids on their own. A family friend said that a teenage mom was about to give birth to her second child.
Without any thoughts, the pastor came to the hospital and decided to adopt the child. But his wife, due to medical reasons and age, did not want to care for the baby girl.
The child dis not ever felt that she was loved by the pastor's wife. But her adoptive father loves her dearly.
The child grew up and faced many challenges of life.
Fell in love, got engaged and married.
Married.
Needed documents to change the family name.
One day, she was surprised to know that the marriage was not registered. And so, it was null and void.
Tried to move on and met another man. Loved him for almost 2 years but the love never came back. It was all friendship he could offer. She gave everything to him but it will just end there.
To these people whom I love:
To my biological mother whom I love since I was on her womb, I love you even I don't know you.
To my adoptive mother, I love you even you did not tell me and show me the same.
To my "husband", I love you whatever happened. You became part of this existence.
To you, I love you and it will always be that way.
To all of you, I love you even if this love is unrequited.
