green, round, just firm enough to make a satisfying crunch when squished between the thumb and forefinger of seohan's hand. the juice rolls down his thumb, sticky and cold. he watches it in fascination for a moment before popping it into his mouth and swallowing in one go. no point in chewing when the fruit has already been mashed. another one finds it way from the small cup into his hand seconds after finishing the prior one. this one is smaller than the previous one, a little softer but just as green. without even hesitating he rolls his wrist back and flings the small grape in the air to smack haneul in the forehead with it. a pleasing pop sound when it makes contact and seohan feels (a totally normal looking) manic like grin form on his face. Another grape tossed in his mouth, eyes never leaving the other boy.

The quiet of the library holds the potential to put the less academically inclined to sleep. Nothing more than soft foot steps, gentle page turning, and the scribbling of pens across paper: the perfect place to brush up on school work or catch some much needed sleep. Seohan was doing none of that. He wasn't even pretending to play the part of a stressed out school student, or a budding scholar. The space in front of him at the table empty other than his phone and airpod case. All of the work was being done by his table mate, who Seohan was observing ( if asked he would say observing, but really it's more like staring ). Somehow he has spent almost this whole time without uttering a single word. Is it the rules of being quiet in the library making him hold his tongue? Or perhaps he just has nothing to say -- which would be silly because Do Seohan always has something to say about everything no matter how annoying -- and has instead chosen to spend the time observing his 'friend turned boyfriend turned ex boyfriend turned friend' ( and yes, this is how he would explain their relationship ). The only thing giving away that he is not a really detailed statue is the way he cocks his head to the side like a curious animal anytime Seonghan opens another book or begins a new line of note taking. But yet, still he says nothing.

the chaos before him is both unsettling and also something he has become familiar with over the years. it's a sort of familiarity that sets him on edge, and makes his toes curl at the same times. likes nails on a chalkboard and being under the covers in a cold room. is there a word to explain this sort of feeling where he feels so comfortable and at the same time like he's sitting on nails? he supposes he could ask someone but what kind of normal person feels like this? or maybe this is how all people feel and he is merely over thinking it.

"staring is not the exact verb i would use in this situation, but to each their own." he replies, finally dropping his gaze to his hands as if he has observing his fingernails this whole time. staring is exactly what he had been doing.

but he wouldn't be admitting that. a hum escaping his throat. "not so much that it is bothering me, but i do hold a concern for the way you go about your..... studying." he waves one of his hands in the air to gesture to Seonghan and his books. yes, chaos is a good way to describe this.

howdy . im egg. i am a new egg to this roleplay group, with my new muse. he is not called egg, he is Do Seohan. A little insane, a lot weird, but also totally a loser-- but he does try his best i think. He's aiming to be an idol solely to spite his mother who thinks he needs to do something useful in life (not music) but he doesn't really have a passion for it. He found out he has a bit of talent though and that has caused his already bursting ego to grow further. All in all, he's insufferable, annoying, and rich. but please, be his friend:)
