Attention, Oi-Boys, Oi-Girls, and Oi-Boinaries, we're on a mission to find the best song by American ska/new-wave/clown music band Oingo Boingo.
Our schedule can be found on our desktop blog, but to break it down: every poll will last a week, and will be followed by a two day grace period to allow us to make polls and graphics.
Our first round, lasting from 23 May to 30th, will be pitting every song featured in 1988's Boingo Alive against it's original, the winner of which will go on to the rest of the tournament.
The poll will consist of 80 songs- effectively everything that made it onto Spotify, with the exception of "Gratitude", for the sake of providing an even number.
Please note we did not pick the order of the original bracket on any bias. In order to give every song at least half a chance, we've decided to arrange our bracket in alphabetical order: ie "Ain't This the Life" against "Bachelor Party", and "Can't See" against "Capitalism".
Propaganda on reblogs, in our askbox, and submissions is greatly appreciated and will be featured on the blog. Please, however, be polite and respectful- those who break the law will be sent to the house of pain.
This poll is run by Mod Oingo and Mod Boingo, whom you may also find information about on our desktop site.
We'll see you on the other side!
