Tea Patterns and Lettering

Here’s some of my own lettering work. It naturally gravitates towards a more illustrative approach. I generally surround the text with related imagery or enclose illustration within the lettering. For this project I decided to explore some ideas where the lettering was secondary to the overall illustration.
