Hello! I hope to not disturb you! I don't know if you already answered to this question, but...what are your main headcanons about Lacho? I'm so curious and I love how you write about their dynamic!✨️

I don't think I already answered that before, and funnily enough I never quite sat down and tried to list what could be my headcanons for them. But let's give this a try! Hopefully it won't be a mess lol
1/ During their time in Albuquerque, Nacho would let Lalo borrow some of his clothes.
Now, we already know that Nacho tends to adapt his clothing depending on who is his boss. We also know that, canonically, Lalo does borrow Nacho's clothes at least once. (Nacho bought a bunch of shirts especially only for Lalo to wear, like that white shirt with red and blue pattern he'll never be caught wearing, I will die on that hill)
So, I think that part of this is just Nacho making sure to be liked, ready to provide. I can totally see Tuco crashing at Nacho's place unannounced and needing a change of clothes the next morning. I think he would think about it as well once Hector shows up but wouldn't end up having the need to do this since Hector isn't so fond of him as Tuco was.
Now Lalo.... Lalito, Lalito, baby. Lalito who wears so many colors. And every once in a very little while, chooses to wear red, which compose 90% of Nacho's closet.
I headcanon that anything close to red he's been wearing is coming from Nacho's closet. (For the blue and red one we KNOW it is since it's the one he gets after showering at Nacho's place after getting out of jail in the deleted scene.)
And then we know that Lalo literally plays dolls with Nacho and makes him wear some (his?) clothes to go see Eladio... And their outfits match...... Lalito wants everyoooone to know they are that close you know.
2/ Pure self indulgent headcanon
Lalo shows up early at poker night at Nacho's place to cook a little something only for the both of them. If he can't be there early, he'll stay after to make a quick little snack. Gotta feed his lieutenant properly, you know.
3/ Lalo would be fine letting Nacho drive his Monte Carlo, do laps and everything.
Nacho wouldn't let Lalo even touch the keys of his Javelin. He saw that dude do laps, he's not risking his cute little car, not even to gain Salamanca's trust. Get lost, Lalo!
4/ Nobody can eat, drink, smoke in Lalo's car except Nacho.
Nacho is a careful guy, and Lalo knows he respects the upholstery like probably nobody else in the game does. Lalo likes to race and stargaze, so he always takes little snacks and drinks for them both when he takes Nacho with him out of Albuquerque.
5/ Love language
Lalo's love language is providing. This implies, of course, food. But also money, gifts, giving access to his belongings and whatever Nacho needs. Nacho's is acting in silence. What I mean by that is I think he wouldn't be very forward with Lalo, he wouldn't be gifting him much things face to face, but more the kind to organize something that will make Lalo happy/content/proud.
Like, (in a reality where they live together under the same roof) get something replaced without saying a word like a stove that Lalo's has been complaining about, finding a nice old car to renovate together, get a look at a problem before Lalo gets his attention onto it and start solving it before being asked/ordered to,... Could be all those years spent in cartel trying to climb at the top, or could be because that's how he would help his father, who knooows.....
This is a bit funny if we think about this : Lalo not understanding that Nacho's trying to tell him he likes him because Nacho had always been pretty obliging since the start, but Nacho can't bring himself to be blunt with Lalo especially when it comes to feelings.

I think I'll keep it at that for now, but I may come back to this later if anything comes to my mind. As I said I never really listed stuff so this is pretty much what came to my mind first.

In which I merged two of your prompts: Kakuzu before he became a missing nin and Zetsu meeting Hashirama in the Founder’s Era and developing a man-crush on the poor Senju… which ends up making Kakuzu’s punishment all Zetsu’s fault.
Zetsu is obssessed with Hashirama. Hashirama is charmed by Kakuzu. Kakuzu pines for MURDER. No one gets what they want in the end.
Kakuzu as a diplomat, because the most dangerous preys are the daimyos, the lords, the kages, the influencers. Well-read and charming with an analytical mind and an affinity for becoming someone else, he goes figuratively for the hearts of the highest targets.
Hashirama - heartbroken - in his compassion and dreams of peace, sends a pardon and an offer of alliance to Takigakure. But what arrives is a different story: lies of treason and spilled secrets, of Konoha wanting their pound of flesh- or else -. The waterfall could have flourished and joined the big 5 villages if only the proper scroll would have made it home. Hashirama and Kakuzu could have had a chance at knowing each other, for real.
