IDEA 1: A character forced to wear the largest butt plug they can manage by their lover who then orders food from all their favourite places and spends the weekend stuffing them. Character ends up with a heavy, noisy, and bloated gut but is not allowed to empty their bowels..... at least not until the situation is dire enough.

(ps: I'm not a fan of bursting / gore or malicious torture)

IDEA 2: A character is heavily pregnant with a large clutch of eggs but their monster master / lover keeps delaying labour until eventually, the clutch starts hatching inside of them. The process is not fatal but now the hatchlings in their belly are constantly squirming and moving around --not to mention, still growing!-- which will make delivering them that much more difficult.

IDEA 3: A character has a power that allows them to turn someone to slime and reform them without any ill side-effects (additionally, the slime person is indestructible). This of course leads to someone expressing interest in being vored and teasing/taunting/bullying the character into fulfilling their wish. Character ends up doing it and spends the next couple of days dealing with the slime person touring their insides --and maybe taking their sweet time doing it...

Underused Reasons to Have Characters Stuff Themselves

They’re eating while distracted by something else (a TV show, a sports game, a conversation, etc.) and autopilot to overfullness.

They know the food will taste better fresh, so they eat as much as they can hold before putting away the leftovers.

They’ve been having a hard time sleeping lately and know being full will make them drowsy.

Conversely, they’re snacking to stay awake and wind up overdoing it.

They’re on a trip and their quest to try all the notable food spots at their destination overwhelms their stomach.

They’re about to head into an area where no food or drink is allowed and have to finish off some snacks and/or a beverage much more quickly than they’d planned.

They’re attending a fancy dinner or a potluck or some other event where food is The Whole Point, and plan ahead of time to indulge as much as possible.

They just love the feeling of a really full stomach! Stuffing for kinky purposes is valid and all but can we have more portrayals of people stuffing just because being so full feels physically good?

werewolves who gorge themselves when they transform, trying to sate that roaring animalistic hunger that suddenly seizes them

but when the sun comes up and they turn back into their humanoid form…

suddenly all that lively meat, that only comfortably distended a werewolf’s belly, is now pushing that humanoid form’s gut to the absolute limit. what was easy to handle as a big wolf monster is suddenly unwieldy and overwhelming (bonus points if their food is still squirming…)
