How do you code for your cursor so that, like, it stays your custom cursor even as you hover over links and permalinks?

OH DAMN u got me son I don’t know (YET) but I’ll do some searching and testing and probably change my codes once I figure this out. Honestly, I was thinking the same thing from the day I started this blog.
