I’ve always worked hard to have a growth mindset and I find it works really well when writing fanfiction or when engaging in the fandom. 

A fixed mindset is negative and stops you reaching your full potential.

A growth mindset allows you to push yourself to improve your skills! To improve your writing or art! To push past the obstacles and problems and embrace hard work!

And most importantly - it allows you to celebrate the success of others! Which is so important, because jealousy and feeling threatened is so negative and upsetting. Allow yourself to be inspired and to be happy for people - it’s so freeing and wonderful to take joy in others achievements.
