❥ weigh first thing after using the bathroom every three days
❥ don’t consume anything but water, tea, or coffee until noon
❥ work out for at least 20 minutes before eating each day
❥ stay away from foods that pack in a bunch of different foods (sandwiches, wraps, etc.)
❥ keep sugarfree gum with you at all times (but try not to chew too much and keep track of the calories)
❥ aim for a minimum of 20-30 minutes of cardio each day
❥ take extra calories off of anything you can; blot grease off pizza and other oily foods, cut off or don’t eat the crust, take off certain ingredients, etc.
❥ low-calorie candy (i love smarties and dum dum lollipops) can give you (temporary) energy and replace other cravings
❥ never ever exceed 800 calories a day
❥ take thorough measurements every week
❥ document how your entire body looks every week
❥ own a piece of clothing you’d love to wear but is too small to be comfortable and try it on every week
❥ watch an episode of skins/red band society/another ed show or an ed movie/documentary every day or two to keep yourself in a certain mindset
❥ doing 50 crunches takes no time at all. squeeze them in when you can
❥ same with jumping jacks
❥ if you get binge urges/cravings, set a timer of 20 minutes and tell yourself you can eat as much as you want after then; by the end the urge will have passed or you’ll have realized your strength
❥ paint your nails during an urge
❥ do not consume anything but water after 10 pm (i’m more lenient on the late night eating)
❥ wait at least an hour after you last ate to go to bed
