I think the thing that hurts most about seeing Brady leave is that we weren't enough. The team wasn't enough for him. The history he made wasn't enough for him to stay. I'm so broken about this because I've idolized him for so long. I've had the same Brady Jersey since 2004, I grew into it, wore it when ever I could. He has been such a big influence on my life. Like fuck my birthday is December 12th, I was born to be a fan of his. We named our youngest cat whose birthday is roughly Superbowl sunday after him. Knowing he won't retire as a Patriot.
