Today, October 7th 2014, the last book in The Heroes of Olympus series by Rick Riordan is released. This marks the end of 10 books about Percy Jackson, Annabeth Chase, Grover Underwood, Nico DiAngelo, Jason Grace, Piper McLean, Leo Valdez, Hazel Leveque, Frank Zhang, Reyna Avila Ramirez-Arellano and countless others. Thank you PJO and HOO fandom; it’s been good days, awesome days and there has been some bad ones too. But most of all, thank you Rick Riordan, for creating this amazing universe for us all. It truly changed my life.

Then our lives would be boring as butt and we would have probably never figured out tumblr and we never would have found out who Viria or Burdge is and we wouldn’t have the Percabeth feels and we wouldn’t know who Rick Riordan is and we would never laugh with Leo or be sad with Nico and Hazel or be dragons with Frank or fly with Jason or pretend to be as beautiful as Piper or swing baseball bats around screaming “DIE CUPCAKES!!!” like Coach Hedge.
