My self confidence has not been good lately. I have been feeling pretty ugly and fat and just not liking myself the past couple months. My self esteem and self confidence has always been and up and down thing but lately it’s been really down. Really low and I’m not liking that.

It has been effecting my mood and has not been helping this funk that I have been in since I got laid off.

I’m not in the greatest of places right now. I feel like I’m back in highschool with how much I’ve been crying or wanting to cry at night. Constantly sad. Hating my body. It’s not good.
