We can also see the difference in ink colours, which leads me to believe that these were clearly logged at different points of time - although, this is most certainly Hellstrom's handwriting throughout. The only difference being that the black and red ink is written with a slant, whereas the blue ink is not. So, who knows the circumstances that he wrote this under.

Notes; His identification photo, first and last surname, and two ( 2 ) certification stamps. I had originally thought that the two ( 2 ) embedded holes could have possibly been bullet holes(?), as Soldbuch's would typically have been kept in the tunic breast pocket, whether in the outer one or in an inner one, and this would have aligned with the bullets he took during the tavern sequence, however, if that had been the case, then the holes certainly would have pierced through the rest of the booklet; so I believe that these are simply present to keep the photo in place.
