Mein kleiner Zinnsoldat

Before anyone comes at me: no I’m not a Nazi and this character isn’t either. Maximilian is a 16 year old, who got forced into the Hj by his father, and later has to fight in the battle of Berlin. This illustration shows his attempted resistance against his father, which failed. This is shown by the ripped armband (resistance), the dead deer and the armband Maximilian is still wearing (failed resistance).

Maximilian is the main character in a movie script I’m writing about how the HJ had to fight during the battle of Berlin. It’s supposed to show just how little the nazis cared for life, to the point where they would let children run right into death.
