how does kat commit crimes and how does team-up crimes do for her?

RUBS MY HANDS TOGETHER DEVIOUSLY..... (4 those who don't know kat is my dear beloved wordgirl oc)

kat is very akin to victoria best in how she hypnotizes people to rob them. she's a siren after all - she has to use her voice for something. by splashing herself with water she creates a slick, scaly film on her skin. with this, she's able to slip through smaller cracks than she usually would be, allowing her to escape prison with ease after being caught.

kats like. really bitchy and whiny sometimes. this does not sit well with a lot of the villains. buuttt.... she is also incredibly charismatic. with her abilities, she helps break others out of jail... for a price. they give something (whether that be help with a plan [also a weakness for her. shes stupid asf <3], some sort of gear, or even like, money), she'll give back by busting them out of prison.

this is the majority of her "team ups" other than the occasion that she does an actual one - she's teamed with mr big (and little big, though that was more a pop star thing) and the butcher at least twice because of her affinity for shiny things and meat <3 this girl loves burger

her theme corresponds really well with ct!! this is me we're talking abt cmon guys you know he'd be in here. she's gullible, and believes every story that comes out of his mouth. she follows him around like his shadow (which is initially deeply concerning to him given the fact that she is a siren and he is a sailor), and they would probably eventually end up being a villain duo :3333

i have been thinking over emotional support civilians and i think it was me wanting more relationships with civilians and heros/villains instead of them idk being emotional support? i could see that it turned into a well known joke by becky or scoops writing an article about emotional support civilians after seeing a hero/villain around a civilian a lot

oh yeah totally 100%. it would become a running thing amongst villains as well where it's like a bet who would become the next villain w/ a "emotional support civilian" as deemed by the paper. chuck was first cause hes most in touch with civilians (brent and his mom) and they just started betting on it from there

side note i think minor villains are like. Way less common for this because they're often considered part-time civilians themselves. they probably pester beatrice about how dave is gonna become her emotional support civilian (which she HATES), but realistically since everything's based off of observations by the paper, its impossible
