Should an indie dev always think small? Capsized was created (mostly) by just two people… even so, it garnered a lot of attention at indie festivals, launched on Steam and got a Metacritic score of 80. Fredrik Wester is a director member of the Association of Swedish Game Developers and CEO of Paradox Interactive, based in Stockholm, an important publisher for PC strategy games. Levy Buchan is the Senior Manager at Chillingo, publisher for independent titles like Angry Birds, Cut The Rope, Feed Me Oil, among others.
Two more gurus for BIG! One is Dan Connors, CEO, Director and Founder of Telltale Games, famous for series like Sam & Max and the revival of the Monkey Island franchise. The other is Jim Ying, vice-president of 6Waves, leader in publishing independent games in social networks and mobile platforms; he was also the Global Product Manager of the original Microsoft Xbox.
BIG has a new guru, Chris Avellone! RPG designer extraordinaire, he worked on games like Star Wars: KOTOR 2, Neverwinter Nights 2 and Fallout: New Vegas. He's also a part of the Wasteland 2 Kickstarter phenomenon, which already raised almost U$ 3,000,000!
