“No, it’s fine. Thanks.” Starrk was rather easy to please, as well as his private timetable simply didn’t manage for him to be a massive eater or someone who would want to drink large amounts of water or something else every once in a while; it nearly served for a lean look of the tall male, if he wouldn’t keep himself in shape with sports of various sorts. Following Moemis order, he sat down in front of the barowners desk, waving one hand as to underline his statement that he was fine as it was at the moment, and leaned back a little – sitting on the piano-stool, ritualized without backrest, just served for a slight backache over the time, especially playing a few hours in the row.
Eyes slid over the smaller males’ desk, spotting a piece of paper in his hands easily to be distinguished as next week’s schedule – Starrk sighed. “Sorry, I know I should have called in, but I simply… didn’t manage.” Meeting they would have now was of course because of late coming in when brunette was normally nonchalant but never too late, truth to be told, reason as to why he had arrived later than normal was nothing young man was keen on speaking out or have a discussion about, yet look on his boss face served for him to know it wouldn’t be easy to leave again. “It’s fine, will not happen again.”
"Well what can we do to make sure this fine line of fashionably late and downright tardy isn't crossed again?" Mo wouldn't try to pull a reason out of Starrk. Tight-lipped as the kid seemed to be, that in itself wouldn't be an easy task anyway if possible. All he could do for the moment was offer some of his time.
Mo's life ran like clockwork but when people needed him, he made room to be open. He took a sip of water and pushed the paper on his desk forward. "I have the current embodiment of the schedule right here. If you have a dispute with your hours I can mend it before it goes up. If not..." Moemi shrugged, "If not my office is open to you if an ear is needed. Understand?"
It wasn't much but at least he'd reached out. Mo hated seeing young people unable to let loose and enjoy their fleeting peak of life. If they balanced that with hard work and sturdy ethic, what person they could be. Then again not everything boiled down so neatly, much to Mo's chagrin. At least in his office he could offer a bit of a break for those who really needed it.
