Do you have any tips for new stuffers? When did you first start stuffing? What’s your favorite food to eat? Do you like to bloat also?

Tips: if you’re trying to gain then eat lots of unhealthy food all the time. Stuffing isn’t necessary if your main diet is generally fatty. I gained about 60 pounds and I only stuffed like 10 times. I just ate whatever I wanted whenever I wanted ! If you’re stuffing then make sure you give yourself lots of time to lay down and feel better afterwards cause it’s hard on the abdomain. Don’t push yourself too hard, it takes time and practice for your stomach to get used to expanding so much, mine doesn’t expand much when I eat, I’m a natural flubbed. Almost all of my pics are me on an empty stomach. I save bloating and stuffing for commissioners! I started stuffing/gaining around a year ago.My favorite food is anything that doesn’t make me feel sick but expands well. Any sort of rice or bread is good! My fave is probably pizza.I like to bloat with water yeah but it’s kinda harsh on the tummy.
