Yukio only responded at first with a roll of his eyes. “Don’t lump me in with the likes of you. ‘Sides… 2D is all you’d be able to get anyway,” he teased back then, keeping their interaction light instead of touching on subjects neither of them wanted to venture toward again.

“And I already have som–” Shit. No, shut up, Yukio. He quickly sealed his lips, scrunching his brow with the slip up. So much for going toward topics he didn’t want to walk about. That would definitely bring up something.

“Nevermind.”

He couldn’t help but laugh at Yukio’s words, giving a slight smile afterwards at the other. “Well, I’m not saying that I am able to only get 2D,” Yoa murmured to himself. Keeping their conversation very light and not too edgy. “2D isn’t all that great, since it’s not real.”

He noticed that Yukio didn’t finished his sentence, perking Yoa’s interest a bit. Though he didn’t question the male on what he was going to say. “Uh-- Alright, then. I already have a feeling that you have someone, I think you wouldn’t be really happy to be with a person like me. We would probably bump heads a lot.” He laughed weakly, shrugging off the weird tension he was feeling around them.

This was a very strange moment, Yukio was beginning to realize. It was becoming a little too serious for his own personal tastes, and it was coming closer to some sort of promise he wasn’t sure he’d be able to keep in the long run.

Instead, Yukio only extended his own hand in return to lightly slap the back of Yao’s hand in a lame imitation of a fist bump. “This is great and all, but it kinda sounds like you’re hitting on me now…”

He felt the light slap upon his hand which wasn’t a surprised towards him. “I’m not hitting on you, Yukio. That’s a bit weird to do in a situation like this, don’t you agree?” Yoa returned Yukio’s lame imitation of a fist bump with a gentle slap on the back of his hand this time. “I don’t think you’d actually would like the fact that I was hitting on you -- if I even tried.”

“Plus, I think you’d rather get hit on by 2D characters than in actual reality.” The teen snickered lightly at the tease he made, hoping that Yukio wouldn’t take it too offending.
