How to make the perfect cup of coffee

If you're looking for some interesting reading, check out this blog. A little of everything, from the business end of a cafe to quality control, and musings on all things coffee. I'm into it.
The folks over at guddina blog wrote the most LOVELY article about their favorite shops on the Caffeine Crawl last weekend. Thanks, guys!
Seriously, "If we could only tell you about one coffee shop in Omaha that you should go out of your way to find, it would be this one."... I am literally blushing!
Give it a read, there's also write ups on some of the other good shops in town:

In other news, we're getting all geared up for the Caffeine Crawl tomorrow. Among other things, we'll be sampling the Tres Santos Colombia (the mountains where those beans came from are pictured above, so beautiful!). Should be fun, hoping for a big crowd!

I'm always referencing the library section over on Sweet Maria's site, it's packed with info about most things coffee. Check it out, it's great for folks brewing coffee at home. http://www.sweetmarias.com/library/make-coffee/
coffee delivery! (stink face included, no extra charge)
Starting to get ready for the Caffeine Crawl, gonna be sampling out some of our favorite brews, and talkin' bikes and coffee. Get a ticket, should be fun!

Loving this Kunga Maitu Kenya. Super bright and citrus-y, with lots of grapefruit flavor. Intelligentsia suggests some mango notes, not sure if I'm getting those, but really enjoying this zingy cup. We have these beans in a small sample amount, but I'm thinking we should order more...

Currently testing this delight out on our favorite guinea pigs, you guys! Try one, and let us know what you think!
We're super excited to house our friend's wonderful bike-themed prints this month! Cait Irwin's opening happens tonight, during Benson First Friday. We'll be hangin' out 'til around 10, so come on down.
Oh yeah, and bike party is happening, as usual, around 8, so ya better ride.

Hey, everybody! Here's a little blog about the coffee end of things down at Omaha Bicycle Co. Stay tuned...
(Oh, and there's a link to our website. Check it!)
