I’m rewatching Kamen Rider Kuuga now that Shout Factory has official subtitles, and I noticed in episode 3 that Kuuga fights Zu-Mebio-Da in a building that has graffiti promoting, apparently, an SNK amusement park that was open at the time.

A later shot in the episode of Ichijo and the police entering the building provides a clearer shot of the left side of the graffiti. All together, it reads “NEO GEO TOKYO BAY AREA AGENT METAL.”
