I think Magnus bottoms in the book at least some of the time because this is what Simmon's wording implies and also I think even a semi-immortal devil leprechaun changeling book version Hickey wouldn't take it too well to be bred by a man twice his size and four time his weight. Long ago I have made a drawing illustrating this matter but tumblr guidelines do not allow for it to be published. As for the show versions of characters I don't know, probably not, given that Hickey's manner of seducing him (mostly in deleted scenes that are only in the script) is to call him all manly and strong and brave and smart and thus making himself a little girly bottom in comparison :3 🩷🩷
