i’ve learned that we, as humans, tend to complicate things. we’re conditioned to limit ourselves—to think that limits are “normal” or “realistic.” i’ve also noticed how much people, collectively, cling to these limitations. they cling to the belief or assumption that they’re unlovable, unlucky, unworthy—that they have to suffer. and it goes on and on. i think it has to do with the ego. i also think some people are afraid when they realize the only person limiting them is themselves…

lately, i’ve been manifesting things pretty quickly. today, i manifested something in like four hours. how? i locked in. something happened to me about a week ago, and it was pretty hurtful. but maybe it made something click? i’ve been spending more time with myself and less time in the 3D. i’ve been journaling, watching shows i like while listening to subs, playing subs or sleep tapes at night, eft tapping in the morning, yoga, meditation, etc.

i’m focusing on feeling good and giving myself what i want in my mind. i affirm (which is really just thinking) throughout the day, and i’ve been doing a good job of staying aware of my thoughts and noticing why i’m feeling a certain way, too. that’s big for me as a former over-thinker.

i say all this to remind you: manifestation isn’t complicated. it isn’t hard at all. if you’re struggling right now—frustrated, wondering what you’re doing wrong, why you can manifest this but not that—stop. know that your reality is changeable. it can be however you desire it to be. give yourself a real chance to see.

What would you do if you keep having nightmares of your manifestations being sabotaged or stolen?

i would remind myself that my manifestations cannot be stolen or sabotaged by anyone bc i am the operant power!!! i would also do some nervous system regulation (my faves are walks, mediation and eft tapping) and reaffirm the law. nothing manifests in your experience unless it comes from you, look at those dreams as a sign of old fears clearing out!

don’t worry and don’t keep wavering..

worrying about the 3D is truly pointless. the change comes from the internal and then it’s reflected. what’s the point in affirming and then checking the 3D? be aware of who you’re being.

for example: let’s say you’re affirming for.. money. you constantly affirm you have x amount of dollars, or maybe you’re just affirming how grateful you are to be abundant, wealthy, etc. then you go check your bank account looking for the money you just said you had!

honestly, i’ve learned the law is simple. it’s just about being able to master your thoughts, your mind. mastering self. self concept is key! and nervous system regulation will help a lot!

separation is an illusion. there is no separation between your mind and the physical, the 3D. the 3D is the mirror of your mind. so.. don’t even worry about anything going on that you don’t like. the only focus should be on the inner world.

what proof do you need? there is no proof outside of you, you’re the proof.

you know that you’re creating your reality right?

you know that you have power to consciously create?

SO…

stop identifying with the old story, with the things you don’t like.. because you know it doesn’t have to be that way anymore!

be the person who gets things handed to them, be the person who always experiences miracles, be the person who has the best relationships with people, the person who always makes money, gets to travel, gets opportunities, etc. whatever it is you desire!!!

you decide what’s true for you.. just decide.

and stick to it. no matter what and remind yourself why if you need to..

YOU KNOW THAT YOU CREATE YOUR REALITY!

don’t let the past (which only exists in your mind) hold you back, don’t let the fear of thinking it won’t happen (bc you know it has to happen- it’s law) hold you back either.

been a while since i’ve posted, but remember you make your own rules!!!

struggling with logic? think about it like this…

logic has no place in manifestation. you don’t desire anything that you couldn’t have or isn’t possible for you to have it.

if anything? you desiring it is proof that there is a version of you who has it.

the only difference between you and the version of you who has it is your mindset.

how would you feel if you had your desire? how does that version of you think? (about themselves, life and in relation to your desire?)

even logically, your beliefs influence your behavior and behavior shapes your outcomes. so even “logically” believing in something increases the likelihood of that thing happening! this is how your subconscious mind works. the law just goes another step deeper— belief doesn’t only influence action, it influence perception, experience and even reality.

we’ve all been there when we’ve assumed something bad would happen, and it did.

we’ve all thought about someone and then they reach out.

don’t let logic stand in your way! especially because it doesn’t have to. struggling with logic and doubt in the beginning is normal. look at all we’ve been conditioned to believe.

REMEMBER, everything is literally made up anyway. but that’s a different conversation for a different day..

you’re NOT being delusional.

there is nothing delusional about manifestation. think about it..

manifesting is something that you have been doing your entire life. it’s not something you’re “trying” to learn or something you’re “trying” to do.

you are the creator. you have been all this time. now you’re conscious of it. you get to decide what you experience! you get to decide who you are and who you get to be!

YOU HAVE THAT POWER.

the 3D, the physical world is simply a reflection. it has no power over you, because its job is just to reflect! so what do you want to experience?

who do you want to be?

decide.

did you decide? now it’s done!

you get to choose.

you get to tell yourself how things will go for you.

you get to decide your truth.

whatever you assume has no other choice but to be that way!!!

how relieving and exciting is that?
