Stephanie knew this was wrong, it always had been. There was something about Randy that couldn’t keep her away. No one could know though, their lives could be turned upside down if anyone ever found out; but the danger was appealing. She returned the kiss easily, the hand on his chest slipping up around his neck, deepening the kiss as she stepped closer, their bodies pressing together delightfully. Laughing lightly, he places his lips on her own, waiting until she’s quiet and kissing back before pulling away with an arched eyebrow. “I know babe. Stephanie is surprised by the arms that wrap around her, still talking even as she smiles up at her husband. Her smile widens, her hands coming up to rest on his biceps, relaxing into the kiss he gives her once she’s stopped talking. She tries to deepen the kiss but he’s pulling back then, teasing her. She giggles then, almost ecstatically as she looks up at him. “What do you want to talk about then? hm?” She teases back, voice light and flirty as she presses a quick light kiss to his neck.

Stephanie sighed but she knew that he was right. The quicker she focused again, the quicker they could both go to bed. It was already late and she hated when her husband overworked himself. “Fine, okay,” she mumbled, reaching again to look over the papers, setting about to do as much as she could. “Only doing this because I love you and don’t want you all stressed and overworked. Though I am glad to know you’re still tempted after all these years,” she chuckled softly. 

Laughing lightly, Paul squeezes his wife’s waist and continues to look through his pages, humming and sighing softly to try and keep himself awake. After who knows how long, Paul is able to place his pages down, finally complete. Looking towards his wife, he waits for her to finish her set so he can finish what she started

She grins as she feels him squeeze her waist, before focusing back on the papers in front of her. After a moment, her mind focuses on what she was doing, the familiarity of the paperwork surprising her; after all it’d been a long time since she’d been in Paul’s role. Still, she tries to finish it as quickly as she can, smirking a little when she feels her husband’s eyes on her. “You’re staring Paul,” she murmurs, turning to look at him with a smirk and a raised eyebrow.

He snorts, arching an eyebrow at his wife before looking back at the forgotten papers with a small smirk and a shake of his head. “Focus on me after the papers babe. You can think of it as your gift for helping me get this done,” he chuckles, kissing her quickly and then focusing on his own pages. “Not that I’m not very tempted.”
