BURRO di SEMI Il burro di semi di girasole fatto in casa oltre a essere molto pi& ugrave; buono di quello comprato può essere personalizzato a piacere ( dolce/salato) con aromi e sapori infiniti . Oggi ho aggiunto cannella e sciroppo d’acero per accompagnare la merenda o le colazioni dei miei ragazzi.

Spalmato nel pane e marmellata , in aggiunta a frullati estivi, mescolato assieme allo yogurt o semplicemente versato a filo sopra della frutta fresca tagliata a pezzetti ( mele, ananas, melone, anguria, banana etc).

Dovete avere un robot potente per creare una buona crema, io uso quello della Kenwood e mi trovo benissimo.
