Bipolar Help

I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder when I was 18.  I am now 30, do not rely on western medicine at all and I have not had an episode for over 5 years.  I am making this blog for primarily young people who are struggling with mental health issues. I think that bipolar is a extrememly spiritual, emotional, and mental gift that needs to be harnessed correctly.  I am here to help guide you in the specific realm that you want to be more comfortable in while teaching you how to control all aspects of the condition/gift.  There are many influential and famous people who have lived with bipolar and have made amazing contributions to society, now it is our turn.  Please feel free to ask or submit any story, your privacy will always be kept in the highest of importance to me, please just let me know if you would rather keep things between us private.  I am not a certified psychiatrist, or therapist so please do not rely soley upon me for help.

Bipolar people should watch for addiction

I’m struggling with my addictions now. Are any of you? Right now gambling, and PMO are really tough for me. Today I start my nofap journey, and begin to monitor my plus minus in gambling.
