So yeah, I vanished and decided to try and get fit again. I made some pretty good progress and was able to drop a few kg of fat and rebuild some muscle in a pretty short amount of time.

It was going well but then I thought I would treat myself and eat like I used to for a day. One day turned into two... then three... suddenly all my discipline is gone and i'm back to the lazy fuck stuffing his face everyday.

And here we are now with me as fat as I was when I started losing the weight. I'm honestly so shocked how quickly I regained it.
