I feel like emotional neglect should be talked about more. It’s is so much harder to recognize than physical neglect.

It is so hard to recognize in the moment. physically neglected kids could be malnourished so they will probably show signs of that. For a lot of emotionally neglected kids, the signs show much later…. like years later.
