Tri-gear Wind Chart
Heads Up! Tails down.
So when you’ve got a quartering HEADwind, the aileron on that side should be up.
So when you’ve got a quartering TAILwind, the aileron on that side should be down.
Tails differ from taildragger to tricycle. Keep it down with the former. Keep it nuetral with a headwind, down with a tailwind.
Circulars -_-
So, FAA has these three circulars you’re expected to memorize the numbers for.
This is slightly (only slightly, unfortunately) easier on my brain.
It’s in alphabetical and numerical order.
60 = airmen
70 = airspace
90 = air traffic
(Now, if only I could remember the actual content...)
Up, up and away... or above and beyond...or to infinity and beyond! ... no?

Cloud Equation
Hb =(({[T - Td] ∕ 4.5} × 1000) + Am)
Hight of base of cloud = ((((Temp - Dew Point / 4.5) x 1000) + Altitude of location
OR
Hb = 125 ( T - Td)
Height of base of cloud = 125 (Temp. - Dew Point)

How high can you fly?
If an odder east is always least, then even west is best, yes?
If you’re flying in any easterly direction, you should flying on an odd thousand plus 500.
Also works for magnetic heading alterations, take away from east; add to west.

Test Question - Aerodynamics 3
During a spin, both wings are stalled regardless of direction.
Test Question - Aerodynamics 2
Angle of Attack is defined as the angle between the wing chord line (of an airfoil) and the (direction of) relative wind.
Test Question - Aerodynamics 1
One of the main functions of flaps is to increase the angle of descent without increasing airspeed.
