I had to go to urgent care for a really bad infection. I’ve had it for months but it’s becoming too painful and aggressive to ignore. My boyfriend paid for it, it was $160 upfront and an additional $55 for the medicine. I am also going to be moving into a new place on Saturday and I have to set up my own WiFi. It will be around $40 dollars. I am currently in the negatives in my bank account (-$30) which isnt so bad but I’ll only get ~$100 from work this week so it’s going to be eating up a lot of my paycheck. I have been informed that my family’s evacuation is expected to take place in August. However, the Irish Embassy and the Department of Justice require us to show sufficient funds in our bank account before family reunification visas can be issued for my wife and our four children.
Without these funds, we cannot complete the visa process, and my wife and children will remain in Gaza, where their lives are in constant danger from bombing, starvation, and the devastating conditions they face every day. Even worse, my elderly parents, siblings and their children entirely depend on funds I send them in the incredibly harsh conditions they live!
We lost our home and everything we had in this hellish war and all my wife and children have right now is a tent in the living hell of Gaza.

Tonight, the hospital where baby Qais was receiving treatment came under attack. Even there, where I believed he might finally be safe, the nightmare found us again.
The attack cut the power, and the machines supporting baby Qais in intensive care stopped. During the chaos, flames spread through the hospital, leaving him with second-degree burns. If compassion still exists somewhere, please don't let this be the end of his fight.
