So I’ve been replaying NWN2 OC and MOTB.
The game that allows me to have the following:
1. demon girl PC sorceress with real moving tail and horns, with Demon feats, demolishing everything in her path with evocation spells. (i sometimes add wings to her when take 10 levels of RDD)
2. obnoxious tiefling little sister that you cannot help but love and support all her kleptomaniac shenanigans
3. happy-go-lucky dwarven monk who likes to punch things in the face, as a sidekick (always make him monk, he still kicks ass with that hammer)
4. creepy stalker hippie elven druid as a long-lost mom
5. foursome with angsty paladin, an asshole ranger and a self-centered hagspawn (all awesome btw)
6. bald warlock with tattoos as a second dad
7. rainbow papa bear as a mama bear
8. Thayvian red wizardess as a sarcastic sister that you love and protect at all costs
9. Weird Githzerai as a mentor
10. Slimy short sarcastic elven wizard as a smart-ass sidekick
11. A crazy gnome (that conversation about gnome song with Deekin is especially priceless)
12. A badass Silver Sword of awesomeness
14. eat the spirit of a forgotten god of death wiping him out of existence (for the record, gods dont die in FR)
I fucking love this game so much.
For all its flaws, its numerous bugs and ridiculous cut content which made characters like Elanee, Sand, Quara and Casavir miss so much potential, for all the sayings that the characters are cliche (yeah they are, but at the same time they are memorable and so much fun to be around with), for all its extended areas and crappy last dungeon, it still gives me the feels more than 99% games out there.
Oh yeah and i LOVE the silver sword of gith and the spirit eater curse mechanic, never had a problem with it.
Still one of my favorite things in the world. Still 10/10 feels and will replay million times over.
