Sofrito Goya Pork
This recipe stems from both Cuban and some Mexican roots. The Flavor profile of this is phenomenal to say the least. Itās been a favorite of mine and others for years now. Thereās normally hardly if any left overs. This dish pairs perfectly with a nice side of Rice and Corn

This is a recipe I learned and fine tuned from my Aunt Blanca. Itās a refreshing Cold Shrimp Cocktail, it may seem basic but is nowhere near basic when it comes to taste.
Iāve made this multiple times over the years and itās perfect on a warm sunny day.

This is my recipe for a savory dish combining a little bit of Mexican influences and Cuban influences.
Itās Sofrito Goya Pork, best served over a nice fresh bed of rice. You can easily substitute cauliflower rice as well.
Iād love any feedback
