Goals in different aspect of life: 2023
Starting this year with a goal in running for about 2,500kms before the year ends in 305 days. 60days of rest. Done 8 days of running. Today is Jan 12, 2023. Hitting the gym if I can increase my income or getting a job/proper budget/cashflow. Eating more healthy food and fruits. Maintaining weight or gaining some weight. My weight rn is around 48-50kgs aiming for 60-70kgs by the end of the year.
(Removing Vape & Liquor) Haven't tried them since the year starts let's see how this will go~
To be able to stand up in the morning, getting organized, disciplined and able to push through the day no matter what my mood or what I feel I need to do what I got to do every effin day.
Stockpile money, act broke, don't buy anything you don't need, I think I'm in the phase that I can say that I am not an impulsive buyer. Get your money working, get a job, start a business(hoping to figure this out soon). Reading finance books/business books.
The art of stoicism. I want a deeper connection to the people I love, I want to find a partner that understands me and grind with me, hope that is possible this year. Being able to control emotions in difficult situations.
Nourishing the soul, connecting with God and gratefulness for being alive. Praying in the morning and before going to sleep. Meditating for 10mins a day(not really good at it but i'll give it a try)
To learn about everything or something every single day. I'm just a human that doesn't really know about anything. Knowledge and listening to other people is a good way of learning, reading a book, listening to some educational or experience type of podcast.
Trying to make connections on people specially the ones I want to be with, the ones with my same mindset and connecting and learning and more.
Water the plants, buy some plants or indoor plants and planting trees. I'll have to give this a shot to help my environment. (Gcash tree goals and other orgs in the web)
More Wealth = More Health. We can focus on improving our health if we generate more money.
