Wisteria Square: 

The heart of Circadia Bay, Wisteria Square plays host to the city's municipal needs as well as the many mom and pop shops that have sprung up over the years. With a large, beautiful gazebo in the center, the grassy area surrounding the center of town is a popular place to stop and rest between errands or just on lunch break. It's the downtown area of Circadia Bay, if you can consider two bars and a few shops downtown. It tends to be the busiest traffic wise as most 9-5 jobs call Wisteria Square home. Lexington Slope: 

White picket fences line the east side of town. Comfortable middle class living takes on the form of neatly trimmed lawns and quaint little cookie cutter houses. Lexington Slope is almost exclusively residential with a few small produce stands and a big box grocery store making their way past. Lexington Slope residents tend to range from middle to upper middle class and their immaculate homes reflect this status. It's a safe neighborhood where kids can play until the street lamps come on and where neighborhood cook outs aren't an uncommon sight. Sutton Walk: 

If Circadia Bay had a south side of town, Sutton Walk would be it. Utilities are housed on the outskirts of the small area, but most of it is inhabited by a few run down homes and Pinewood Trailer Park. Boasting the lowest rent in Circadia Bay, there's also two apartment buildings that are run by less than savory characters. Burglaries aren't uncommon in this area of town, so be careful where you tread if you're carrying anything valuable. University Heights:

The newest area of Circadia Bay, University Heights plays host to everything from the city's small community college, the larger scale university, as well as dorms and a few scattered apartment buildings that contain everything from studio apartments to large four bedroom plans for families. Surrounded by parks and the beautiful green grass of MacArthur University's campus, it's the perfect place for families to spend the day. Small diners and other student friendly shops can also be found scattered around the area as well as the local movie theater. Ibis Hill:

The real heart of town, Ibis Hill houses the crown jewel of Circadia Bay, Circa Diagnostics. The start up company rents a large warehouse on the outskirts of this beautiful neighborhood, though most of their business takes place deep underneath Ibis Hill, not that anyone in town is aware of this. Populated largely by mcmansions and other large, decadent homes, living in Ibis Hill is a status symbol in and of itself. Protected by wrought iron gates, no one's getting in unless they have a key card or a visitor's passcode, unique to each visitor and only good for one time entrance.

circadia bay is a town built to look like its weathered the times.

outward appearances suggest the town has been around long enough to carry historical significance. main street is littered with idyllic brick and mortar buildings that appear to have seen better times. it bears plaques and signs proclaiming it so, but it's nothing but a lie.

circadia bay is a town that exists when it wants to.

perched precariously in the veil between the real world and something so much stranger, circadia bay has long been the talk of legend and myth. it's a town of mystery and wonder that seems to be nearly entirely forgotten by most who don't reside there.

a sleepy little town where nothing seems real and where time seems to pass just a little differently. tourists come and go, but most don't remember their time there. the souls who settle and decide to call the town home don't see it though. they don't know the secrets the town holds.

or at least...they didn't.

one month ago, circa diagnostics emerged from the shadows, waiting with baited breath for what they knew was coming. the awakening...

residents have begun noticing odd things in their day to day lives. some have abilities they thought were only possible in movies. some are being revisited by memories they can't believe are their own…everything is going topsy turvy and the only ones with answers seems to be circa diagnostics and they aren't looking to share.

circadia bay has begun to wake those who've slept for so long and it's only a matter of time before their bittersweet lives come crashing down.
