It may have been a fluke but I felt he represented me as an individual in almost every trait. The only reason I didn’t cosplay him sooner was because I wasn’t impressed with his hair. I didn’t want to damage my hair to replicate his original mohawk and I didn’t want to wear a wig. Everything changed the moment adult Ekko was revealed in Arcane. Seeing his updated look and attitude inspired me a great deal. At that moment, I knew cosplay was inevitable.

Canon Steven Universe facts that would sound so fake if you explained them to someone who only saw season 1:
