Alright, Toon Hiroaki is here for all you Hirojima fans!
(Note: Normal- left, AU version- right)
Of course, I shall start with the Toon itself. Hiroaki was… definitely a hard Toon to come up with. Especially with his talent. So… of course, when in doubt, pick a flower! And I decided to choose the Crown of Thorns!
Now, for the outfit. Just like Ojima, Hama, and Harada, his outfit mostly matches his original “design” with a few modifications, of course! I simplified his jacket and key necklace, while also making his shades transparent, so you can see the eyes more clearly.
Just like Sasaki, he has animal elements applied to his design! This time, being a frilled lizard because of his intimidation. He has lizard-like eyes and thorn-like horns, resembling that of a crown. His leaves have now been transformed into frills and his tail resembles the actual plant’s stem, both using inspirations from @holyitsquiverrflynn ‘s vampire Ouno design!
As for his AU version, he is the second Husk to be designed for the AU! Congrats! Having been mauled by Ouno herself, most of his left side has been torn apart, including his arm, horns, frill and leg. Luckily, the virus has given him some replacements. His left leg has been transformed into a root-like apparatus, his horns are now crooked, and his arm is now multiple thorn vine appendages, able to merge into one. His necklace is also gone as well.
Diagrams for his frills and tail, as well as his thorn vine appendages:
When the group first escaped the school and Sasaki had told them to find some help, he, at first, hesitated. But had to join the others since most of them agreed, including Ojima.
They went from street to street, searching for anyone to help them with the situation. At one point, they were temporarily let into a group’s stronghold, as night was approaching and they couldn’t find a shelter. Yokoi and Ninomiya even had a bit of a bond with some of their members, that being an amethyst with 3 prosthetic limbs, serving as the group’s mechanic. And a snow globe with a red scarf covering his neck, assisting her.
Just as things were going well for them however, they were chased by a horde of Frostbites. And Sasaki had to abandon Ouno. So much for being the leader. He and Ruka went to check on her, but she had already disappeared.
A few weeks later, while they were exploring a factory. They were greeted by Ouno again. Only this time, she wasn’t herself.
As they all made a break for it, Sasaki accidentally shoved him into a wall, giving her enough time to catch up to him.
He felt pain for a couple seconds, before everything faded into silence.
When he finally woke up, he is insistent on getting revenge at the group for letting him die, especially Sasaki. Using his arm to propel himself from building to building.
Strangely, he doesn’t seem to have any grudge against Ojima. As if he doesn’t want to hurt him.
