shae kaeliri is so much of an overachiever of a cairdal blade that he achieved self-awareness about the geopolitical state of his country and also how his country's government, that he works for, uses people, specifically how it tries to use him and uses verena.

okay so my character for the clue-themed oneshot was a high elf noble named damir pacelli.

his secret is that he was not in fact a wizard, he was a warlock, whose partner was a low ranking fiend and they had a 5 year old daughter together. because he was from high elf nobility, if his family had known about his partner, carnelia, or his daughter, sabella, they would have had them killed.

this was leveraged against him to attend the creepy manor where the oneshot took place. he was just a guy that wanted to protect the people he loved. he wants to be a pta dad so badly.

moments i really liked of playing with him:

he recognized half of the party and was accidentally prying into their secrets because he was trying to make polite conversation

damir was knocked to zero on a critical hit from the antagonist and hellish rebuke'd him as he fell which looked like the silhouette of his partner in flames seeking retribution on his behalf

in our boss fight, i used subtle spell (from his magic item) command to force the bbeg to stop concentrating which knocked every single player in the room, thankfully just me and one other, as well as the bbeg unconscious from the magical blast.

but yeah :) that's my clue guy, my lawful good fiendlock dad.
