i have been feeling kind of down today , i don't think i got a good grade on my math exam ( ofc it is math ) . i got home and i just broke down crying 💕
the thing is that i don't have fear of the reaction of my parents , the opposite, really. they are super supportive of me and help me study and keep me motivated . i think i have more fear of the reaction of my classmates in a way ?
i have always been perceived as the "smart and perfect" student , so if i fail or just dont meet expectations i get INSANE statements trown at me, like, i remember last year having my english exam and as a """fun""" little joke the teacher told us our wrong grades ^^
he said that i got a 5,7 out of 10 , i was ugly crying that day and the boy from the other side of the class had got an 8 , he literally screamed "IM SMARTER THAN REN , FUCK YEAH, IM SMARTER THAN HIM"
i just looked at him and told him to shut the actual fuck up 🙏
so yeah , i just dont want this to happen again or be shamed by my grades
