I got to play basketball with some of the guys today.

Well hey, you can stay here tonight. On the res, my mom will call your mom again. If you want. So you can have the waves again. And I’ll bring you to school. 

Then I guess it’s official. And that makes me really, really happy.

I'd like that. We'll have to run by my house and get my backpack and stuff, but yeah...I really would like to be on the res....it was kinda hard going home last night.

Makes me pretty happy too....and pretty damn lucky

Dan looked at Blaine as he barked, brows pulling together sadly. He would do what  he had to so that Blaine wasn’t hurt, and he may not have known exactly what the bark meant, but he did know that it was a complaint probably about what he’d offered. Chills ran down his spine at the words, stiffening and swallowing hard. He couldn’t just let that happen. Honestly, at this point Dan was pretty overwhelmed. All of a sudden he was alone with a vampire and Blaine who was a giant wolf, and he could hear his heart beating in his ears. Racing faster than it ever had in his life, which said something since he was into sports. He tried to focus on the sound of his heart, of his breathing instead of the situation he was in. If he focused on it too hard he would have a panic attack or something, and that wouldn’t help the situation at all. He could feel the way that the vampire’s eyes bore into him, into his neck like he was a peach or something to eat. That was the most disturbing part, he was being looked at like a meal.

The vampire smiled and traced a finger down the vein in his neck, grinning at the way his blood was pumping through. Dan’s heart was racing, he could almost smell the adrenaline pumping through the boy’s veins, and the anger coming off of Blaine. “See, isn’t this fun puppy? Watching while I savour my meal knowing you can’t do anything to me?” His arm wrapped around Dan’s shoulder, pulling him close. “As long as I’m standing with him you can’t attack me, can you?” He laughed, finally stepping away from the boy and opening his arms up, inviting the wolf to attack him. A moment later the vampire lunged at Blaine too, all he had to do was get his arms around the wolf. One bite and he wouldn’t be able to heal as quickly, and then all he had to do was crush. He’d learned that one from Matt, not that he knew his name.

The way the vampire moved was terrifying. One minute he was there, and the next he wasn’t. Dan had never seen anything move as quickly as he did, and as soon as he disappeared Dan’s mouth opened in a scream, calling out to Blaine not in fear for himself. In fear for the wolf who was at least twice his weight, and even more, for the boy the wolf had been.

Blaine looked at Dan, his growls quieting just a bit, wishing he could tell Dan to take a deep breath and eveyrthing was going to be okay, but honestly he wasn't 100% sure if it was. He had stared this vampire down before and ended up on the loosing end of that encounter. He could hear dan's heart like it was a drum right next to him, and each beat made Blaine want to attack, and get the vampire away from Dan. 

Blaine growled watched the vampire causing another stuttering step out of him when The vamp wrapped his arm around Dan. But he got his moment when he let go of dan and stepped away from him. Blaine lunge at the vampire going for his neck.

BLAINE NO! Came all three voices of his pack, but they were ignored. Blaine knew to avoid being crushed, the lessons Aiden had gotten from Sam was passed through to the rest of the wolves so Blaine knew what to avoid and what to do. Really he should be waiting for his pack members, but there was no way he was going to wait. Blaine's paws landed on the vampires shoulders and Blaine could feel him falling back, He growled and snapped at his neck trying to get at it but keeping the vampire away from being about to get his arms around Blaine.

SANTANA HURRY UP! He faintly heard joe yell.
