People were really painting pictures with "rip taylor swift 1989-2016" on the walls and she got dragged by celebrities, journalists ext... now some of those exact same people want to go ahead and start stanning Taylor or listening to her music and everything. Tbh I think kim k never planned on getting so much plastic surgery. She was a natural beauty but she got that botched nose job, so she got another one to cover it up leading to more and more surgeries. I think she just kept getting more because kris realized the whole persona was working for them.

no i don’t think anything like that is going on. she likes to tease. this is part of her using queerness and speculation to market albums and sales. she wants us excited, paging attention, and buying records imo. taylor is many things but a capitalist first. let’s all hope to god it’s HER queerness and not ours that she’s playing with but no one get excited.

evermore came out just after they changed the rules about what qualifies as a sale/less bundles it’s why it *only* sold 325,000 records it’s first week. Re, the promo:

A. She’s gonna promo something else soon, like another re-record so doing a last Evermore push

B. She wants that Grammy

C. She didn’t want Olivia to smash her records
