“I think we’re way past hugging it out at this point. The Inhumans are pissed.”
“What a mess you’re in. Did you get spanked?”
hardycat:
“Yeah, I figured that much.” Felicia snapped back, rolling her eyes right back in almost the exact same fashion as she examined the younger version of herself. They were definitely different, but yet the same at the same time. It was freaky. “How old are you? Twelve?”
“Eighteen.” Felicia snapped. “Which is old enough. It doesn’t matter, does it?” So she was young. That was fine. At least she wasn’t all old and gross yet. “When’d you fall through the multiverse?”
bcrtonhawk:
“You’re funny.” Clint deadpanned, shrugging at her as he pointed to the safe. “But really, I’m gonna just ask you politely to close that and we can both just go about our nights.”
“It’s part of my charm.” Felicia smiled with no teeth. She pulled an item out before closing the safe with one foot. “Ta-da.”
pixelated-peter:
“It’s cold out— you should be wearing gloves!”
“Always glove up before you go out.” Felicia examined her claws, clearly bored. “Anything new to add?”
rocketngroot:
“are you some kind of idiot or somethin’?! don’t touch my stuff!”
“Geez, calm down.” Felicia dropped the object. “It’s shiny. I like it.”
harrycsbrns:
“Most people wouldn’t take kindly to being called crazy.” Especially crazy people. His head tilted out of fascination as he observed the girl, curious to be meeting a variant of his associate. That was one way to describe his Felicia, at least. She was basically his right hand woman, among other things. “Apparently so,” He observed, nodding his head at her question despite the constant dull headache that was still nagging at him from his recent altercation with Peter. “I do. You’re smaller than her, though.”
“Most people aren’t as undeniably crazy as you.” Felicia retorted. “Own up to it, at least.” She didn’t really care. She liked money and that was what mattered. She had to assume that the other Felicia would feel the same. “Smaller?” The thief arched a brow. “I’m whiter, too, from what I’ve seen. We’re all different and that’s fine by me.”
spiderxling:
“—sorry! Didn’t mean to land so close to you! Are you alright? I didn’t step on you did I?”
“Came close. The last thing I need is a boot ruining my ponytail.” Felicia crouched down. “I’m fine, though. Just bored to death waiting for you.”
medusaliiths:
“I guess C.R.A.D.L.E. is out of commission, hmm?” Medusalith mused as she tilted her head at the white haired girl. “You look familiar.”
“C.R.A.D.L.E. focused on the big heroes for attention. They don’t care about criminals.” Felicia shrugged a shoulder. “There’s two older versions of me, but they’re multiverse interlopers. I’m Black Cat.”
destroyrofworlds:
“I don’t know why you’re twisting my words around,” Daisy insisted, rolling her eyes as she shook her head. “As much as I’d love to just leave, you’re here for a reason, right? I doubt it’s just to hang out in the middle of the night.”
“I’m just interpreting them differently.” Felicia smiled. “I’m here to scope, not steal. I need to see if there’s anything even worth taking.”
xmoonsilk:
“Look, I get it, believe me.. Stick it to the man and stuff.” Cindy sighed, shrugging a bit before she gently shot a web to stick Felicia’s hand to the safe that they were standing in front of. “But I can’t just let you walk out with that.”
“Seriously?” Felicia deadpanned before popping the claws out on her other hand. She began to hack at the webbing. “I really wish you were Spider-man.”
aprettygirlthief:
“The other Felicia is the only one I’ve known.” This whole thing was confusing to Janice. “This is so weird.”
“Earth-616.” Felicia rolled her eyes. “C’mon, even I’m catching onto all of this easily and I just heard of it.”
scientistsuprcme:
Monica just rolled her eyes at the comment, deciding not to even respond as she went into the office and started to type in a code to her safe. But then she paused. “And everything that I asked for is there? Because I don’t take kindly to being wronged.”
“I’m not an amateur. Don’t insult me by asking that.” Felicia set the bag on the floor. “Should I ask you if you’re going to pay me in full? I assumed we had a decent business relationship working here.”

@blckct
So, this was new.
The apartment that Peter moved into recently was his own little bubble. No one other than himself (and the landlord) had stepped foot inside since the space became his. It was small, still pretty bare— but it was his. And for being thrown into this situation, Peter thought he was doing pretty well for himself.
He found a small futon recently and dragged it up the stairs, barely able to fit it through the door. It was comfortable enough, and nice to have when he had a little bit of time to watch the old TV he spotted in a large dumpster the week before. The table with his sewing machine also held his school books and a mug with all his pens and pencils. And against the wall, Peter moved the Sith Lord Lego and MJ’s necklace pieces so they would be out of the way.
The problem was that he had no pictures. Every piece of evidence that he existed along side anyone else had been erased. It made him feel fake. It made him angry. Every photo with May, with Ben, with MJ and Ned, with Tony— gone. He was scared he would forget, because his own memory was all he had left.
Cue: Felicia Hardy. The first person to notice Peter after the entire world was memory wiped and forgot who he was. She had no connection to his past, and so he could look at her and be free of the knot in his stomach that was there when he was around MJ or Ned. That in itself was something he was drawn to. But she was practically magnetic, pulling Peter in. And he didn’t fight against it.
Being faced with the idea of her visiting his place meant that he was now hyperaware of every flaw and everything it lacked. Felicia was the exact opposite of this place— sparkling and sharp and fancy. Fancy? Was that the right word? Well, maybe not everyone thought she was but Peter certainly did.
He needed friends. He needed connections. He needed to do something about the deep loneliness he carried with him everyday. It was dark and scary and threatened to swallow him whole. Felicia made the first move, she was the one interested. So Peter decided.. why not?
Peter was pacing around his little kitchen area near the door, wringing his hands, when he heard her knock. A few quick steps got him there and after clicking the lock open and turning the knob, there she was.
“Hi.” He sounded slightly out of breath, like an idiot, but he was smiling.
He was cute.
Historically speaking, Felicia Hardy didn’t do cute. She didn’t do nice, either. For a smart girl she had a series of bad decisions that still haunted her. The best way to get over the past, she had decided, was to push headlong into the future. Maybe she didn’t have a future at ESU anymore. Maybe her dad was -- well, Walter was Walter. He had always been the same. Felicia both loved and resented him. She saw the older and more established versions of herself and it both filled her with curiosity and ignited her competitive streak. So that’s what they could do? She’d do better. What the hell even was better? That question wasn’t in her head, for once, as she stared at the mirror.
Platinum blonde hair, red lipstick, black eyeliner. It almost looked like she was trying to impress someone. Felicia was pretty decently certain that she could show up in her work-out gear and be impressive to the boy she was pretty sure would be the type to own only a single fork. Still, this was just going to his apartment and not casing a black tie event. Her black dress was oversized and off the shoulder. It still gave the illusion of her form while allowing her to be able to sit and breathe at the same time. It was a last minute decision that led her to sticking her costume in her slightly too large to be a purse purse.
Queens was a hike from the tiny apartment that Felicia was renting in Manhattan. She gave off the air of having money, and she did have some, but she also stole a lot of the jewelry and goods that she possessed. Would Spider-man approve? Definitely not. That’s why she wasn’t planning on telling him that her tennis bracelet had recently belonged to someone else.
Arriving outside his apartment, Felicia patted down the top of her hair to make sure it was still in place. Her knock led to the door being opened shortly after, and her smile was sincere. “Hey, you. Are these the infamous digs?” Blue eyes looked into the apartment behind him. “Feel free to invite me in.”

Monica resisted the urge to roll her eyes, knowing that wasn’t going to go over well with the kid as she forced a slight smile and raised her brows. “Obviously I didn’t see who I was speaking to. There’s been reporters in and out all day. I’ll gladly get you your payment if you’ll follow me up to my office.”
“I don’t usually follow people up to their offices until the third date.” Felicia smirked. “However, I’ll make an exception.”
harrycsbrns:
That got Harry’s attention as he furrowed his eyebrows at the mention of his name. At the scaly comment he couldn’t help but to run his hand along the scales on his neck, and he gently pulled his sweater up higher to try and cover them as he took a step towards the white haired girl. “Your name’s not Felicia is it? And don’t call me that.” Maybe it was true, but it didn’t mean it didn’t harm his ego a bit. Harry was definitely in a state of clarity at the moment after Peter pummeled him to the concrete. He wasn’t sure how long it’d last, but he knew it wouldn’t be forever. It never was.
“Sensitive, sensitive.” She tsked. “Felicia Hardy. Black Cats and Goblin Jr’s have a tendency to come together, apparently. You have a Felicia yourself, don’t you?”
destroyrofworlds:
“I only really laugh when something’s actually funny.” Daisy quipped back, glancing down at the display case that the cat was sitting on as she tilted her head. “You’re not holding anything yet,” Daisy corrected the white-haired girl as she took a step closer and kept her hand tensed and held out in front of her. She didn’t necessarily want to quake anything, and probably shouldn’t given how destructive it usually ended up being, but she also wasn’t going to let this girl rob the place. Not if she could help it. “I think you might be underestimating me just a little bit. I don’t want any trouble.”
“You must have a shitty sense of humor, then.” Felicia returned the fire. “Wait, so let me get this straight. You’re going to try and stop me from something you think I’ll do? Despite the fact that I haven’t done it yet? How very S.H.I.E.L.D. of you. I don’t want trouble either. I’m glad we agree! Let’s part as two boss ass bitches and call it good.”

“i dunno–one day you’re just a guy who thinks there’s one of you and the next, you wake up, and you’re not. just take it one day at a time… s’all we can do.” plus if he thought about it too hard…he was gonna get another headache. and if he was just being flat out honest, his life had only improved since all this happened. Peter wasn’t really sure he wanted to go home.
“I don’t care that there’s other me’s.” Felicia sniffed. “It doesn’t matter if you’re the best version.”
