Anya is me watching slice of life...

This chapter had some smooth developments with Loid having a small meltdown over his priorities and realising he is acting on emotions.

Yor acting serious and probably remembering her parents death and line of work.

Yuri thinking of Chloe was nice for us Yuroe or Chlori? Shippers. Hope they get more scenes together soon. He is having a lot of development accepting Loid as well.

Can we also talk about that small scene with Anya and Franky? I'm down for a chapter with Anya playing wingman for Franky with her psychic powers trying to set him up with ladies xD

Do you think Batsu'unsai Katori is related to Naonao's Ise clan? It would be nice to know more about the Ise bloodline and maybe the origin of the curse.

She also resembles Lisa. Either way would be nice to have more background about Shunsui's vice captains (or former in Lisa's case).

Kenji...unlocked beast mode. The powers of mother nature is pretty op. We are lucky he is so kind. But it seems his enemy this time is the kindest of the hunting dogs as well.

Stopping time was actually pretty neat. Making allies among the prisoners who are the strongest villains seems handy indeed.

Aya and Bra-chan have such wholesome interactions. Just adopt her already, Bra-cha. Her father sucks anyway. Bram seems so depressed for not being able to help his people. Give a happy ending to the poor vampires.

Akutagawa oh boy, how can they escape from him? Will they be saved again or will Akutagawa undo the the vampirism somehow?

I would actually prefer the later. They were already saved once. Maybe Bram can do something this time around. Aya already helped tons by keeping Bram out of villain hands but I would like those two to keep on shinning a bit more. Akutagawa and Chuuya need to snap out of it, they are too strong to be controlled like that.

Looks familiar...?

Several times while wandering through the F.O.L. Orphanage Finny has the feeling that he has seen the building and the rooms within it somewhere before.

And he’s right. Parts of the orphanage look very similar to rooms in the Phantomhive Manor. Here are some examples (left: Phantomhive Manor; right: F.O.L. Orphanage):

There’s the big staircase at the entrance…

…the reception room…

…or the servants’ room:

Looks like someone modeled the orphanage after Phantomhive Manor.

And it’s not just the looks. The children in the orphanage are being taught to act like servants and to manage a household like a manor…

…and then there are children whose teachings (and way of dressing) are very similar to the Phantomhive twins’ education and tastes.

It kinda seems as if the orphanage is trying to recreate the twins. The focus on games…

…even the preference of certain tastes (which is something the “aptitude test” is asking about)…

…that they get their own room (which again looks familiar) when they turn ten (a very important date in the twins’ lives).

All these similarities to the twins are kinda eerie and too much to be a coincidence. I wonder what’s the purpose of that…
