hi besties. im back to sort of clarify my somewhat abrupt deactivation. i thought it would be funny if i just randomly disappeared BAHAHAHAHA. im not coming back to tumblr. that’s a chapter of my life im closing for good. no rereads, no rewrites... uh, can’t really think of any other book/writing related metaphors to make.
tbh, tumblr was a really fun and memorable experience for me. no sappy shit, but for the most part, i really enjoyed interacting with most (emphasis on most) of you <3 it just wasn’t helping me in being productive & my life is kind of changing right now (for the better; it’s always getting better.)
when/if i ever write again, it’s going to be on my ao3. if you don’t have it, well, that sucks. i feel like i might’ve gotten too personal on my blog, hence me deciding to deactivate it rather than waste time deleting 8k+ irrelevant posts on my blog + leaving it as a fic archive. i don’t want any sort of link between me & my writing, if that makes sense. it’s about time i learned to keep the two separate, especially with my career starting, yknow? i like ao3 because it’s just a fic site; there’s no socializing going on for it, so the unbearable need to overshare online won’t be felt on ao3 hehe. my ao3 is under a different username from bleedinqhearts. i wonder if my writing style is distinctive enough to where you can read it & know it’s me. guess i’ll get my answer eventually.
thank you for reading my fics, for liking my shitposts, even for feeling the need to tell me if you had a good day. that blog & all of you really did - still do - mean an incredible amount to me. i hope all of you get to achieve whatever goal you might set for yourself.
ps; is it bad that sometimes i still feel the urge to log onto tumblr + overshare the new fic concepts i’ve come up with? because literally i have like 20 more & no one to ramble with.
