I'll be honest about this. Not what I expected at all. After surgery it takes a while to pee normally. At first when I would pee it would kinda dribble or spray all over the place. It still happens even 3 months out but it's starting to become a normal stream again. I have to sit in a certain position so that it doesn't spray or dribble on me. My doctor says it should become more normal with time.

How much does dilating hurt (if it hurts at all)?

Even three months out it is still really annoying. Hurts a little still but mostly just really really uncomfortable and tedious.

Is masterbation better or worse after surgery? I am worried it will ruin all my sensitivity forever.

Sensitivity is actually waaaay higher than it was before. Having all the nerves centered around one place is pretty intense. I'm still not healed completely so masturbating has been difficult. I'll touch myself and it will feel really good for a little while but then the sensitivity becomes too much and it kind of hurts. I've found that lips and tongues tend to feel a lot better than fingers just because it's a softer more gentle touch that I can handle better.

(closeted trans girl again) does hrt suppress body hair growth or was it basically the same after you transitioned? did you have to shave full-body a lot? also... was pubic hair an issue (shaving/hair in general) while on hrt, pre-srs?

Most of my body hair diminished, thinned, and in some places completely disappeared. It also grows a lot slower now. Even a lot of my facial hair went away or turned blonde. Aaaand I even grew new hair along my hairline so it's more rounded now.
