You pull him into a quick hug and hand him a small Furfrou plush, sure it's not Cheren's taste, but it was so cute!!
"Yeah… Sorry about that. But I’m here now! Did… did you want your presents?"
You hold out an obviously book-shaped gift towards Bianca.
"Of course!! Thank you Cherry!"
You quickly pull Cheren into a tight hug, he was always sweet on your birthday. After pulling away you take the gift and begin to unwrap it.
"Happy birthday!"
"Thank you!!"
"Happy Birthday, Bianca! Unfortunately, as has happened with the last three birthdays, I’m the only one able to make it today. But! I brought everyone’s presents!"
"Really? That's a little sad, but they're probably busy with planning I guess. But I'm happy you're here Cherry!! We haven't spent a lot of time together lately!"
"It's my birthday today!!"
Wrapping your arms across your chest, you try and retain as much warmth as you possibly can as Bianca leads you out into the chilly woods. You wouldn’t complain for her sake.
"Hm? Oh… yeah, though I guess I’ve been a bit tougher on them than usual. I haven’t given out any badges in a month. Makes Roxie’s job easier, I guess, but it’s bad morale for the kids, I think. It’s hard adjusting to… holding back all your strength, you know?"
You shrug as you listen to the leaves crunch under your feet, watching your breath form into white clouds as you speak. You’re mindlessly following Bianca wherever she leads you, as you’ve never actually ventured into the depths of this particular forest, though it was close to home. You wonder where she’s taking you.
"…Er, Bianca? You do know your way around here, right?”
You nod in agreement to what Cheren was saying, You may not understand exactly what he means, but you could imagine it wasn't easy for him.
You stop walking as Cheren asks you if you know your way however. He's picking up on things, well you couldn't blame him. He always figured out these kinds of things easily. He could read your actions like a book.
"W-Well I.."
Come on, you're just going to have to tell him the truth. He's not going to be too mad...right?
"N-No...I don't."
"It's still really c-cold...!! How do i get warm again??"
"B-Bianca! Y-You t-too..?"
"T-Touko?! I-is this h-happening to you t-too??"
Are you cold? Relax, this'll heat you up! -he points a flamethrower at you-
"I-I'm not t-that cold!! P-Please j-just..put that d-down!!"
Chilly—Bianca is freezing! They cannot seem to get warm for 24 hours!

Jack the Ripper—Muse has been attacked by something that obviously has no sense of mercy. They are beaten, bloody, and left for dead someplace abandoned. Lasts until someone comes to the rescue… Or finishes the job.

You raise an eyebrow at her suggestion. It’s been a while since you were out in the woods with Bianca. The two of you used to hang out sometimes when you’d meet up on your journey. You camped out together a couple times. You suppose it wouldn’t be too unbearable to rekindle some nostalgia.
"Sure, why not?"
Grabbing your blue jacket from the coathanger by the door, you throw it on and step outside, smiling as you stand at Bianca’s side.
"Lead the way."
You smile as Cheren grabs his jacket and joins you outside. You always were happy when you could spend time with your friend, especially since you don't see each other as much as you used to.
You follow his instructions and lead the way for him to a small forest outside of Aspertia City. Always making sure he was right behind you, you didn't know the area that well after all, you were a little nervous about getting lost.
Doing your best to walk through the forest with him, you try to make conversation with him. It was never this quiet between you two.
"So, um...how are things?! Gym battles going well???"

"Even so….I completely knocked you off your feet! Désolé désolé!!” The brunet continued apologizing, still upset over the situation. It wasn’t exactly the first impression you’d want to make with someone, especially to a completely new person.
"Je m’appelle Calem. It is très nice to meet you Bianca! You are indeed très belle!” He offered a smile to his new friend, wondering if she’d even understand the small pun he made. Either way, it was always nice to meet a new friend. He’d been a bit bored lately so the incident worked out for him.
The boy knelt down, picking up the girl’s map and handing it to her. “Is it your first time in Lumoise City? It can be a bit difficult to get around here since the city is so large. It’s easy to get lost and walk around in circles.”
With the boy's help you get back on your feet. You offer him a big smile and a faint blush forms on your face at his remark. Hopefully that will reassure him that there was nothing to be sorry about.
"It's very nice to meet you Calem!! Ahh! Yes it's my first time visiting Lumoise City and even the Kalos region! I work as the assistant of Professor Juniper from Unova!! We were here to Visit Professor Sycamore but she gave me so time to explore the city by myself before that! Although...I think I'm a bit lost."
No matter how many times you've gotten lost in the past, it was always a bit embarrassing to admit it every time something like this happened.
