I think bf/gf asmr isn’t “niche” but actually liking it is. Thanks to the whole “listening to boyfriend asmr” trend.

Being a roleplay asmr enjoyer is so, like, not embarrassing, but if someone brings it up in conversation, you just have to sit there and shut up because WHATEVER they’re about to say isn’t gonna.. be very opened minded.

And it sucks because ITS GOOD. Not only for comfort, but it’s entertaining. Like cmon, there’s Redacted, theres Escaped Audios, there’s Yuurivoice, there’s Desmond asmr, Obsidian Lantern, Mage Bunkshelf, Reverie Audios, Castleaudios (Claire mommy), and so, SO many more great creators who practically make shows and the whole entire genre of content is dumbed down to “cringy boyfriend/girlfriend asmr/goon asmr”

Can audio rp content creators go back to using like the same 2 picrew's or actually commissioning an artist to make their thumbnails/ocs? I'm just so sick & tired of getting on Youtube, clicking the little asmr tab & just having several videos recommended to me with ai art in the thumbnails & some of the titles sound so interesting its just..the ai. Even a Gacha life character in the thumbnail would be better I'm begging </3 no hate on gacha life as an ex gacha kid

Not realizing its ai is possible, yea. However being aware it is & still using it...... Again, picrew & artists open for commissions are RIGHT there.
