A Day at Nawawalang Paraiso

Hi! Ako si MaRose. Isa ako sa mga kinutyang dalagang ina. “Maagang lumandi”, “kiri”, “pokpok”... ilan lang yan sa mga narinig kong pangungutya nung nabuntis ako at the age of 15. Lingid sa kaalaman ng nakararami, kahit buntis, naka-graduate ako ng may medal at awards for Best in Math, Best in Science, Best in English at nasa Top ako ng klase. In fact, bukod sa swimming, may pinadala pang medal saken ang Maryhill for track & field kahit nakalipat na ako sa Quezon High. Palagi kong pinasasaya ang magulang ko sa mga medals ko kahit ako pinaka-gago, barumbado at sira ang ulo sa magkakapatid. San ka nakakita ng nae-exam ng lasing pero pasado? Ang gago lang kung iisipin at HINDI dapat tularan. Pero naka-set yung goals ko sa utak ko eh. Nanganak ako ng April, pumasok ako ng June. Hindi ako tumigil sa pag-aaral. Bagkos ay lalo akong nagsumikap. Pagdating sa College, Deans Lister, working student at varsity player ako. Palaban ako at walang makakapigil sakin. Sa kasamaang palad, pinatigas ang puso ko ng napakaraming hanash ng buhay. Saklap bes. Syanga pala, yung “Maagang lumandi”, “kiri”, “pokpok” noon, work from home motovlogger mom na ngayon. Dating Team at Account Manager sa call center bago tuluyang naglakas loob na umuwi dine sa Lucena. Isa akong rider. BonPen Conqueror. People smart. Influencer. May advocacy sa Charity. At yung pinagbubuntis ko sa pic na to, lumaking gwapo, mabait, magalang at higit sa lahat, mabuting tao. Grade 10 na sya pagpasok at gusto nyang maging Chef. Kahit minsan kinakapos, hindi naman kami tumitigil maghanap buhay mag-asawa. Mayron kaming pamilya na araw araw naming pinagsusumikapan na manatiling buo, may respeto at mapagmahal sa isa’t isa. Bago mo husgahan ang kapwa mo, alalahanin mo, lahat tayo ay may problemang dinadaanan. Laban lang ng laban. 📝 𝐑𝐄𝐁𝐑𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐈𝐍𝐆 ✏️ Been trying to learn as much as I can from different Facebook groups. Everyday, I learn something new and today, I saw a post about how important “Branding” is and how nice it would look like to have a proper logo. Then I remembered that my old logo from way back 2015 was just a grabbed photo from Google, edited and claimed as mine. It’s all about multi-tasking and shuffling between being a mom, working full time and being the jack of all trades. But now that I have better grasp of thing, I wanted to have something that speaks more about “Me”. Who am I? What inspires me? This new logo that I have is my arm tattoo. It’s close to my heart because for me, this tattoo symbolizes a promise. This is about inspiration. This is about starting anew. This tattoo reminds me of the year (2014) when I decided to get my shit together and work to be a better version of myself. I mapped out everything — not just with my career but also my personal life. Let me share some of my learnings about Goal Setting: 3 questions to ask yourself: 1—Who is your customer? 2—How do you create content? 3—How are you going to be consistent? 𝐉𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐍𝐀𝐋 - Brain dump everything you’re feeling and as you set your goals, start with a clear mind. 𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐒 - From a previous timeline, for example “2019”, what are your wins. What worked? List down success. Be specific. 𝐎𝐔𝐓𝐋𝐈𝐍𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔𝐑 𝐋𝐄𝐒𝐒𝐎𝐍𝐒 - From a previous timeline, for example “2019”, what are the lessons you learned. What didn’t work? List down your areas for improvement. Be specific. .... 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐆𝐎𝐀𝐋𝐒. Once everything is written down, start mapping out a goal. Make it S.M.A.R.T. I’ll talk about “SMART” goal setting at a later time. 𝟏𝟏 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 and 20 kilos ago ♥️ One of our first photo together. I think this taken when we got home from Manila right before @dear_mayos07 ‘ despedida. This was the first time I am going to introduce the mister to the BPPs. Although if I remember right, I first introduced the mister to @gabetrotter and @tinnychooo a month before maging kami. Nakita ko lang sa kanya na mabuti syang ama. As I write this down, I just realized I have a soft spots for baby daddys 😂 But kidding aside, I can still remember the first time I felt that “kilig” nung nagvi-videoke kami sa Lucban. Pucha, @tinnychooo ano nga name nung videoke bar na yon!? Para gusto ko tuloy bumalik don!!! There was this moment na napatingin ako sa kanya habang nakanta sa stage and then ayun na. May something na. On our way home from that gig, his girlfriend called at alam kong it’s not gonna be easy. Pero nanaig ang kalandian ko nung sinabi nyang may problema sila. Pagkahatid nya sakin, nagkiss ako sa cheeks then sent him a sms na mag-ingat paguwi. May kilig na mamsh!! Di ko mapigilan ang pagngiti habang naaalala ko yun 😂☺️ #KiriMamski Hindi ko matandaan if it took me a week more or parang the following day, he went to Manila kasi birthday ng anak nya (07/06/09). I went on with my usual weekend shenanigans and was kinda surprised na he’s back sooner than I thought. He picked me up sa tambayan, we went out on a date tapos the rest is history. Ang sarap balikan ng nakaraan. Yung first attraction, first dates, first kilig. Taon taon ko aaalalahanin ang masasayang alalaala na kasama ka.
